Our set-up is designed to ensure consistency of production and fulfillment of quality standards with factory evaluation, fabric inspection, fabric production testing and garments testing.

Communication is essential to providing exceptional, uninterrupted service to our valued clients. To meet these needs, Palma uses a 24hrs online communication system, international transportation, merchandise processing, a data centre, telecommunications and inventory replenishment.

Quality is taken seriously and everything is  done to ensure that a quality product is shipped on time. Quality standards are studiously maintained, however we are always striving for future quality improvement.

Everyone involved in the production is instructed to take responsibility for their own roles, however regular communication and cooperation with the customer, agent or local buying houses are roles we all take on at PALMA.

Asst. Q.A. Manager (Fabrics & Accessories) :

Prepare fabrics quality report, cutting instructions and approval as per buyer standard. And reports to concerned persons on each cutting lot and inspection.

Asst. Q.A. Manager (Sewing) :

Random sampling and sewing quality report to concerned persons.

Random sampling and packing report to concerned persons.

Reports on final inspection before the goods are ready for delivery and reports to all concerned personnel. The products are monitored regularly with random audit checks by the Q.A. Manager.
