We follow several steps when we take an order for production.

We always start inspection from the beginning of production. We find the starting point and work down through each line methodically checking the stitching and make-up at each machine.

We take in line measurements and check for poor stitching tension, blunt blades, incorrect stitch counts or any other make-up problems.
